1.Where does Nostaloft ship to?

Local

We will provide one (1) free delivery to one(1) address within the Klang Valley area for a minimum nett purchase. However, if you require more than one delivery within the Klang Valley area, you will need to pay an additional transport fee for each delivery. In case of deliveries outside of the Klang Valley area, you will also need to pay an additional transport fee, the amount of which will be advised to you separately for each delivery.

We also help customer ship to West Malaysia Sarawak & Sabah (please check with our sales representative with the logistic fee).

International

Nostaloft can arrange international shipping. For furtuer enquires, please locate and contact your nearest Nostaloft showroom / Sales representative

2. I need the order fast, can I pick it up from you?

We would like to inform you that you have the option to collect your ordered items from our warehouse locations. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you. Please note that we require a 24-hour notice to prepare your order for collection, and orders must be paid for in full before collection.

Kindly note that for warehouse collections, you will be solely responsible for moving the products from the warehouse pick-up point and loading them into your vehicle. Therefore, you accept the entire risk associated with this process. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you organize sufficient resources for this task.

Please note that if you request assistance from our warehouse staff and they elect to assist you (which they are not required to do for health and safety reasons), Nostaloft will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred. The entire risk will have already been transferred to you. It is therefore important that you take appropriate precautions and be aware of the associated risks when collecting your items from the warehouse.
